Talbera was retained by the Blood Tribe to provide planning, design, project management, coordination and construction services to service a new community center in Standoff, Alberta.
The scope of work included design, tendering and construction management of 50 metres of water and sanitary mainlines, and 240 metres of roadway design, including shallow utility design and stormwater management planning. Other services provided include: utility coordination; contract administration; construction management; and construction inspections.
