Talbera was retained by the Town of Pincher Creek to provide design, coordination, project management and construction services to upgrade severely degraded control structures in the sewage lagoons in Pincher Creek.
The scope of work includes surveys design, preparation of tender drawings and specifications, contract administration, construction inspections and management.
