Blood Tribe Public works retained the services of Talbera to replace and upgrade aging Truck Fill Infrastructure in the Town of Standoff on the Blood Reserve.
The project includes upgrades to asphalt access road, a new concrete block truck fill structure, a new concrete pad. In addition, a new truck fill water distribution system including: process piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls is to be installed. This project will be completed in the Summer of 2017
