Town of Coaldale retained Talbera to provide planning, design, project management, coordination and construction administration services for a second phase of industrial subdivision expansion in Coaldale, Alberta.
The scope of work included design, tendering and construction administration of 470 metres of water, sanitary and storm mainlines, and 600 metres of industrial roadway design, including shallow utility design and stormwater management planning. Other services provided include: project management, utility coordination, and contract administration.
