Blood Tribe Housing retained Talbera to provide planning, design, project management and construction services to install water and sanitary services to Phase 3 of a new multi-family subdivision in Standoff, Alberta.
The scope of work included: multi-phase construction planning, 170 meters of sanitary and water mainline installation, site servicing, and preparation of tender documents, contract administration, construction inspections, and project management throughout the length of the project.
