Talbera was retained by the Town of Coaldale to provide planning, design, contract administration and project management for surface improvements on 19th street and 11th street in Coaldale, Alberta.
The scope of work included design, tendering and contract administration of partial and full rehabilitation of 7300 m² of paved roads in Coaldale. The work was tendered in March of 2016, and was completed in the Summer of 2016
