Talbera was retained by the Blood Tribe to provide planning, design, project management, coordination and construction services to repair transportation infrastructure at 43 flood damaged locations on the Blood Tribe Indian Reserve in Alberta.
The scope of the work included: Surveys, design, preparation of tender drawings and specifications, contract administration, coordination with Alberta Community Resiliency Program, Alberta Disaster Relief Fund, Alberta Municipal Affairs as well as construction inspections and management of four separate contractors working concurrently to complete the work.
